Shipping Policy
Beauty & Serenity by Letti LLC will only offer priority shipping. Orders purchased between Friday-Sunday will be shipped on Monday. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for processing. We ask for our customers to please make sure to provide correct spelling of street address and include any suite or unit number during time of placing order. Failure to provide correct information, can delay shipping or result in package lost.

Beauty & Serenity by Letti LLC WILL NOT be responsible if customer failed to provide correct information during check out. A restocking fee of $35 will be charged to reship product(s).
Return & Exchange Policy
There will be NO RETURNS ON ANY OF OUR PRODUCTS!
It is very important that ALL of our customers read the ingredients that will be listed in the description box regarding our products. PLEASE DO NOT USE ANY PRODUCTS WITH A KNOWN ALLERGY. This includes, but is not limited: essential oils, fragrance oils, and products that contains sweet almond oil.

Cancellations Policy
Cancellation of orders is not guaranteed. Our goal is to ship our customer's products as soon as possible. Once shipping confirmation is sent, your order has started processing and CAN NOT be cancelled and/or changed.
